Default National Lender

Hello everyone and thank you Bruce for starting this forum....

I can help with just about all mortgage loan programs nationally. I can also get stated income loans in the northeast and California.

If you are thinking of purchasing a home or refinancing, speak to one of the qualified loan officers on this site right away. They may help to fix potential credit issues which could result in a lower rate. Education is key.

In addition to the information provided on this forum, take a look at my site and spend time reviewing the loan shopping guide, FAQ and closing cost sections. Then, if you still have questions, you can e-mail me or post them here so one of the forum members can reply.
